Aix La Chapelle HOA dues have been found to be far less than comparable properties.
The HOA dues pay for expenses in the community (listed above). Our professional business partners, Board of Directors and management team collaborate to professionally analyze the impact of inflation to the community and study the common expenses/income to create the budget and make any adjustments to individual HOA fees as needed to meet expenses for the functioning of the Association annually and continue to add to the association savings account as is required for major infrastructure projects/repairs and common component replacements.
The Board of Directors finalizes and approves the budget and HOA dues prior to each new calendar year.
