• Licenses, permits, training (continuous education) as approved for association specific subject matter.
• Onsite Certified Pool Operator (seasonal).
• Reserves/Savings for future component replacement.
• Certified Association Manager.
• Inspections of pool, pool area, and chemicals.
• City and health department ordinances.
