Please Note

The information provided on this website is intended to be a quick guide to harmonious living within the community, and is not intended to replace the governing documents.  Should a question arise between any portion of the management team's website information and the association's governing documents, the governing documents will prevail. 

Note that there are the Association governing documents, and the Association/Board of Directors policies and procedures.  There are also the Management team's policies, procedures and communications that are brought in to the community, and that are within the scope of management's daily operations here at Aix La Chapelle.  These are adaptable in the effort to support continuous improvement.

Ways For Residents To Continue Fostering A Stronger Sense of Community

Residents can help create a harmonious community, and foster a sense of growth and stability by implementing the important guidelines below throughout each day!

  • Respect community rules and be a good neighbor- this has the overflow effect of harmony and respect for your  community that we love and call home.
  • Support the Board of Directors and management team as they work hard for you every day.  Ways to do this?  Attend events such as Meet and Greets, and stay informed with the Newsletter and other communications. 
  • Utilize the communication channels that are open in several different formats for the convenience of residents.  Do you have a question? Feel free to reach out, we are here for you!

Pets/Animals

  • All dogs, regardless of size, must be on a leash when outside of the condo owner's unit, while in the common areas, and must not be unattended or left to roam the courtyards
  • Pets shall not be left unattended on the unit balconies at any time
  • Use designated dog park and dog stations for clean up.  If there is an accident outside of the designated dog park area, clean after your pet 
  • Please keep pets on walkways to allow the flowerbeds to thrive undisturbed
  • Fines will be given to condo owners for violations
  •  No dogs over 20 lbs. allowed without board approval 


Smoking

  • No smoking or vaping within 25 feet from any building, pool area or entryways
  • No smoking of any sort, or vaping in units
  • All smoking or vaping will be subject to fines
  • Please pick up your cigarette butts in the smoking areas

Garbage and Recycling

Garbage dumpster waste pick up days are typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week

Recycle dumpster waste pick up days are typically Tuesday and Friday each week


• Mattresses are not allowed in or near our dumpsters. Please ensure that you dispose of them off-site (landfill). Delivery drivers to your home with replacement mattresses, must be instructed the same. Fines will be imposed to homeowners for violations.

• If you notice the garbage is overloaded, please find other containers throughout the community

• Please crush all boxes for the recycling container

Laundry Room

• Hours of use are 8 am - 9:00 pm

• Laundry Room is strictly for the use of residents and personal clothing. Violators will be fined

• Average washing machine time 35 minutes - Average dryer time 45 minutes

• Please remove your laundry when cycle completes or it may be removed to allow other residents machine access

• Please empty dryer lint screen when finished - Please clean up spills and leave laundry room neat

• Aix La Chapelle is not responsible for items left unattended

• If you see anything that needs attention please submit a service request through the online portal

• Turn light off

• Machine repairs, call Evans Coin Laundry 801-972-6580


 If you experience any issues with the washer/dryers in the laundry areas, please submit a service request to Evan's Coin Laundry from whom the machines are leased.  This can be done through their pay app or via their phone number, which is posted in the laundry room.

Please note the machines are a under a lease agreement and are serviced exclusively through the vendor. This agreement is regularly reviewed for the best interest of the community.

Reminder: Washers and dryers are strictly prohibited in individual units for many reasons, primarily plumbing and electrical infrastructure capacity

Satellite Dish

• All satellite dishes must be approved by the manager due to potential roof damage of install. Go to Download tab to download Satellite Dish Installation Form.

Pool Rules

Please be aware of the rules below, as violations are subject to fines and may result in loss of pool privileges for the season. 


Pools Rules:

No smoking or vaping

No pets

No food, BBQs, glass or alcohol

No more than 2-3 guests per unit

Ages under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult

Resident/owner must be present with guests

No playing of music, podcasts etc without the use of personal earbuds

Pool hours 9am-10pm, no exceptions

Aix La Chapelle is not responsible for items left unattended 


Note: the pools are for all community members and are not for private parties or gatherings.

Courtyards

In an effort to keep our courtyards beautiful and safe for walking, please refrain from bicycling, skate boarding, scooters, lawn games and the like.   

  • No smoking or vaping within 25 feet from any building, pool area or entryways
  • No smoking or vaping in units
  • All smoking or vaping will be subject to fines
  • Please pick up your cigarette butts in the smoking areas
  • Aix La Chapelle is not responsible for items left unattended
  • No bicycles stored in common areas except on bike racks
  • No unauthorized garden planting of any kind 
  • No public gathering on Aix La Chapelle property per the rules, regulations and governing documents.
  • No for sale signs, rental signs or flag displays for the mutual consistency of aesthetics within the community and harmonious living in an association.
  • No barbeques or grills of any sort permitted on the association property.

Reportable Items

Communication for Reportable Items and Service Requests

Aix La Chapelle's online portal provides owners with more effective communication with the community association manager to better service our community needs in a timely, efficient, documentable manner.

Owners must utilize the online portal or email for all service requests and communication.


Once a Service Request or reportable item has been submitted to management, it will be prioritized according to the time-frame determined to best meet all needs. 


Reportable Items:

  • Smoking in building and courtyards
  • Parking violations
  • Community water emergencies (flood or leak in a common area), after you have contacted an emergency plumber
  • Sprinkler issues
  • Dangerous conditions
  • Light bulb replacement in common areas
  • Construction outside of normal business hours M-F 9 am -5 pm
  • Disruptive noise after quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am
  • Suspicious activities should be reported to the Sheriff's office (801-743-7000) and then make management aware.
  • If you smell natural gas,  Call Dominion Gas 800-767-1689 and follow steps in Emergency Plan tab. 
  • Heavy snow storms and winds have potential to cause power outages to some or all of our buildings. In case of a power outage, please direct all calls to Rocky Mountain Power 888-221-7070. 


Note: Aix La Chapelle management does not contract with a security agency, so please take all standard safety and security measures for yourself, your home, and your belongings (lock your door, do not leave valuables in assigned storage lockers, vehicles, etc...)  Due to the nature of community living, there are rare occasions when homeowner contact information must be shared with another resident if any issues arise (leak, emergency, etc...)
