Aix La Chapelle condominium community is conveniently located near downtown Holladay. We are an owner-occupied condominium community, built in 1964 and established as an association designed for adult living in 1979. 


It is owner responsibility to check the online Newsletter right here on this website ('Newsletter' tab) regularly for updates/highlights and information. 


Office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.  

Every effort is made to respond to questions within 24 hours.

Water Leak or Plumbing Clog Emergencies:


  • Plumbing Leak Emergency-Call your preferred emergency plumber immediately. If you suspect the leak is coming from an adjacent unit, reach out to that unit owner as well. Management does not service plumbing emergencies to individual units, you must utilize a qualified emergency plumber.


  • Plumbing Clog- Call a Rooter service immediately. They will be able to determine where the blockage is and will invoice accordingly after servicing.


  • Visit the 'Water Shut Off' tab in this website for additional information.


If you suspect your vehicle has been towed for parking violation, contact Lonestar Towing: 801-210-0989 or 1-866-895-8487


NOTE: Management does not have access/keys to individual condominium units. 


Information Regarding the Website:


Website Pages: Informational tabs for Day-to-Day Living, Newsletter, FAQs, Emergency Information, Water Shut Off, and Association contact information is readily available and publicly accessible. There are also tabs specific to owners only. To access these tabs, owners will need a one-time sign in to access those pages. 


How it works- When you select a secured association tab for the first time, you will choose the option to request access to the secured areas of the website, and will be prompted through the log in.  The process is simple, requiring a one-time password set up.
