Welcome to the Board of Director's page!

 Thank you for taking the time to visit the website today! We are happy you have stopped here to visit the Board of Director's information page!  


Here on the website, you will find helpful information on association living which includes many topics, including the 2025 meeting schedule, water shut-off procedures, project updates for 2025 and much more!


We invite owners to attend the Board of Director's Meet and Greet, which is held in the main office lobby the 3rd Tuesday every other month.  This is a great opportunity to meet in an informal setting and visit with board members and neighbors.


The date of the next Meet and Greet is June 17th at the main office lobby 6:30pm to 7:00pm


It is highly encouraged for all owners to visit each tab on the website to ensure they are familiar with all aspects of the association including all Board of Director meeting dates.  Please check weekly!

How to reach out to the Board of Directors:


All correspondence, feedback, and questions should be directed through the owner portal (portal is preferred) or manager@aixlacondo.com.

Communication will be forwarded directly to the Board of Directors as necessary, or upon request.

 

 Do not use other means of reaching out to board members and do not attempt to go to their private residences.


The Board of Directors email inbox is actively monitored by one or more members of the Board of Directors. The information sent to the Board of Directors email may be shared with all board members, attorney, accountant and/or management. The Board of Directors email is not to be used for regular service/management items   boardofdirectors@aixlacondo.com
