Unauthorized, improperly parked, expired registration tags and inoperable vehicles will be removed immediately at vehicle owner's expense without additional warning.
Note: Only management is authorized to tow vehicles from Aix La Chapelle property. We do not make profit from towing.
Please let your visitors know where guest parking is located. Guest parking is painted in green. We have a 24 hour policy for cars parked in guest parking.

Idling in the carport is not permitted. It causes fumes to enter the condos through the vents. Landlords, it is your responsibility to inform your tenants on parking rules.
