Resident vehicle parking  only in assigned spaces. One (1) reserved parking spot per unit may be assigned if available- no exceptions, as parking space is extremely limited.


No vehicle maintenance performed on grounds.

If you suspect your vehicle has been towed for parking violation, contact Lone Star Towing (formerly Bailout Tow): 801-259-2869 or Discount Tow 801-916-4832

Unauthorized, improperly parked, expired registration tags and inoperable vehicles will be removed immediately at vehicle owner's expense without additional warning.

Note: Only management is authorized to tow vehicles from Aix La Chapelle property. We do not make profit from towing.

If a vehicle has parked in your reserved parking spot you may choose to wait for the vehicle to move or leave a friendly reminder note or report the vehicle to the office for towing review. 


To report a vehicle for this purpose, please do the following:

1- Take a clear photo of the vehicle, showing make, model and license plate clearly.

2- Send the documentation photo of the vehicle with description of parking location to the owner portal or to manager@aixlacondo.com for review.


Note: Only management is authorized to tow vehicles from Aix La Chapelle property. We do not make profit from towing.

Please let your visitors know where guest parking is located. Guest parking is painted in green. We have a 24 hour policy for cars parked in guest parking.

Guest parking permitted only where clearly marked

Limit 7 days in any 30 day period.

Second vehicle of unit owner must park in guest parking.

  • Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit-one (1) reserved spot may be assigned if available, and one (1) guest spot guests ( first come-first serve) utilized as there are not enough parking spots to accommodate all units. 
  • Office parking spaces not permitted for resident use.
  • There is not a specific parking sticker for Aix La Chapelle residents.
  • Drive-alleys are one way.
  • Idling in the carport is not permitted. It causes fumes to enter the condos through the vents. Do not park backwards in covered parking stalls with tailpipes facing condo units.
  • Storage containers, moving trucks or oversized temporary contractor trailers are limited to authorized 3-day parking (extension if necessary is by approval from management). 
  • The designated parking area for those listed above (storage containers, moving trucks or contractor vehicles), is limited to the guest parking spots on the east side of the complex. Management must be notified of delivery and removal dates for these. This preserves the community aesthetics and safety (visual) of the community.
  • Landlords, it is your responsibility to inform your tenants on parking rules.
