The Board of Directors facilitates monthly meetings within the association. Generally, these will be one of 4 types of meetings offered- see below:
The Board of Director meetings (via Zoom) are typically held the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the business of the association.
Association members (owners) are welcome to attend.
Please check the website right here in the meetings tab, 48 hours prior to meeting, for the Zoom link and to confirm if there have been any meeting date/time changes .
Note that when there is another meeting in any given month (Town Hall etc.), that will replace the Board of Directors meeting for that same month.
Town Hall Meetings are a great 'meet and greet' opportunity, where owners may visit with the Board members and can provide feedback or ask questions. These are held in the main office lobby area.
Workshops (hosted by management and Board) are an informative platform to help owners understand some of the less common topics within the association, which may also include larger projects and the updates for those. Code of Conduct and Rules of Engagement implemented.
Annual Meeting is designated for the purpose of electing members of the Board of Directors and to report the financial condition of the Association. This may be held via Zoom or in person, and the date and time will be posted 15 days prior to the meeting. We anticipate the 2024 Annual Meeting to be held in July and information regarding the 2024 election process will be made available to all owners June 2024.
All meeting minutes are uploaded to the owner portal after Board approval, uploaded to the community website, and are available upon owner request.
