Important Emergency Service Information

The Association does not provide emergency services to the community. It is imperative that all residents take measures to be prepared for all emergencies-earthquake, flood, power outage, fire etc.  

Ensure that you have 72-hour or longer kits, bottled water, emergency phone numbers for your emergency contacts, fist-aid kits, etc.

If You Smell Natural Gas Follow These Steps

1-Open window, remove pets and other occupants and exit building

2-Call Dominion Gas Immediately 800-767-1689

3-Notify neighbors if possible

4-Notify the office 801-278-3113 after you are in a safe location and have completed steps 1-3


This information is also posted on the bulletin boards at the entrance of each building. 


 Natural Gas normally is non-toxic, tasteless, colorless, and odorless. For your safety, an acrid chemical, is added to the natural gas so that you will recognize it immediately, should there ever be a leak.
