Aix La Chapelle condominium community is conveniently located near downtown Holladay. We are an owner-occupied condominium community, built in 1964 and established as an association designed for adult living in 1979. 


All residents, potential owners and realtors are highly encouraged to become familiar with all aspects of the website, as it is the hub of all information for daily living in the community association.   It is owner responsibility to check the online Newsletter right here on this website (newsletter tab) regularly for updates and information. 


Aix La Chapelle is a digital office in order to provide you with high efficiency and quick turnaround response times for questions, and all correspondence.   

The owner portal, website and office communication channels will be your 'go to' for association information, manage your account, view shared documents, and more. 


Office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.  

Every effort is made to respond to questions within 24 hours.
