Aix La Chapelle condominium community is conveniently located near downtown Holladay. We are an owner-occupied condominium community, built in 1964 and established as an association designed for adult living in 1979.
It is owner responsibility to check the online Newsletter right here on this website ('Newsletter' tab) regularly for updates/highlights and information.
Office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Plumbing Leak Emergency-Call your preferred emergency plumber immediately. Management does not service plumbing emergencies to individual units, you must utilize a qualified emergency plumber.
